Flourless Chocolate Cookies

Flourless Chocolate Cookies, as published in The Washington Post

Gluten-free cookie alert!  So what’s in these cookies?  Cocoa, sugar, walnuts, and eggs.  Throw in a little vanilla and salt to amplify the flavor, and that’s all you need to make these.  The egg whites and sugar form a dough to make the base of these flavorful, chewy cookies, and you won’t miss the flour one bit.  Stay tuned tomorrow for one more GF cookie recipe!
