Martha Stewart’s Peanut Butter Tart

This is a no-bake tart with three main components: a graham cracker crust, a milk chocolate ganache and a peanut butter-whipped cream topping.  The ganache is whipped to resemble a mousse, letting the chocolate and peanut butter fillings just melt together in your mouth.  Note this tart fits just as well in a 9″ round tart pan as it does in the rectangular pan this recipe calls for.
