Apple Quick Bread with Oatmeal Crumble

Apple Quick Bread with Oatmeal Crumble, adapted from Martha Stewart

This is a moist bread with a double-apple punch: apple cider provides the liquid needed, and diced apples stud the bread. If desired, you can substitute some of the cider with Calvados.  I’d eat the sweet, crunchy topping in a bowl by itself if that weren’t weird.
