Martha Stewart’s Chocolate Peanut Butter Shortbread Squares

Though these may look fancy, but they are quite easy to make.  The brown sugar shortbread base can come together with just a bowl and a spoon.  After baking, the shortbread is topped with just straight up peanut butter, then with melted chocolate.  I do not have the silicone woven mat called for to mold the chocolate in this recipe, so I just spread the chocolate directly on the peanut butter.  I then melted a few tablespoons of peanut butter and drizzled it on top to achieve the final look.
