Mexican Hot-Chocolate Cookies

Martha Stewart’s Mexican Hot-Chocolate Cookies

I was afraid to go all out with the chile powder in this recipe so I only used half of the amount the recipe calls for – don’t!  My cookies were barely spicy, and I wish they had a lot more heat – just go for it!  other than that thee were great.  I sprinkled confectioners’ sugar on top just to make them pretty.
