How do you make anything better? ADD PEANUT BUTTER.

The only change I made to this recipe was I only used 2 cups of sugar because 3 cups sounded like an awful lot – and it was plenty sweet for me. I also poured half of the batter into a 9-inch loaf pan as directed, but poured the other half into two smaller pans. Just to be different.
