Martha Stewart’s Chewy Chocolate-Gingerbread Cookies

Traditional gingerbread men cookies are a lot of work – the rolling, the cutting, the decorating…who has the time?  These drop cookies are a lot quicker to make and offer a twist on the customary flavor. Cocoa powder in the batter and chocolate chunks (or chips, like I used) offer a double-dose of chocolate.  And, like the name suggests, these are super-soft and chewy – this is no cardboard-textured gingerbread cookie!
