Martha Stewart’s Spiced Caramel Corn

This recipe starts by popping corn in a stockpot – I love it!  I’d never popped corn the old-fashioned way before, but now that I have, I don’t see any reason to buy the microwave bags anymore. This is so easy, and so much healthier!

Next you make caramel the old-fashioned way too – melting sugar.

Stir it all up…

…and lay it out to cool.  That’s it!
