I wasn’t able to get a shot of a cut piece of this, but here is the baked cake – you can see the layers through the glass pan.  Great combination of the best of autumn’s seasonal ingredients.

    I made this for my mom to freeze for a party she is having soon so I didn’t get to try the finished the product – but the beaters were good 🙂
